Temp Slip Rental Program
Attention all boaters! The CPYC’s temporary slip rental program continues to be huge success! Our slips have been filling up fast, and we’ve received great feedback from our renters. With stunning views and top-notch amenities, it’s no wonder boaters are flocking to our marina.
Our temporary slip rental program allows boats no less than 17 ft. (power or sail w/ motor) to stay in a slip from Marina Opening Day thru Marina Closure Day (October). The cost is $30/night for CPYC regular members and members of reciprocating clubs; It is $2.50/ft. with a 30ft minimum for non-CPYC members and guests, non-reciprocating clubs, and CPYC social members. Water and electricity are available, with no additional charge, and renters must have proper power cables.
Boaters can reserve a slip for a maximum of 7 total/consecutive days, no earlier than 30 days in advance. Payment is required prior to occupancy, by cash or credit card at Pilot House/Westerly Bar (no chits). Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to occupancy start date, or a one-night charge will be applied.
Please note that unauthorized tie-up will result in a daily rental rate plus $100 fine per night. Renters must also have adequate liability and property damage insurance coverage via watercraft policy or properly endorsed homeowner’s policy.

Eligibility
- CPYC Regular member (boat owning)
- CPYC Social member (boat owning)
- Visiting Yachtsman from another yacht club
- Guest of CPYC member or Wharfinger
Boat Size and Type
No less than 17 ft. Power or Sail w/ motor.
Time Period
Marina Opening Day thru Marina Closure Day (October).
Authorization
In advance, by reservation/permission only thru CPYC Wharfinger.
Reservation Period
Per Diem (with maximum of 7 total/consecutive days), no earlier that 30 days in advance.
Cost
- $30/night for CPYC regular members*, members of reciprocating clubs.
- $2.50/ft. with 30ft minimum for non-CPYC members/guests, non-reciprocating clubs, and CPYC social members.
*$30/night is for CPYC mooring occupants that have paid current year marine facilities and dredge assessment
Payment
Prior to occupancy, by cash or credit card at Pilot House/Westerly Bar (no chits).
Cancellation
24 hr. prior notice to occupancy start date-no charge, one-night charge, otherwise. Wharfinger must be contacted by phone or via e-mail to properly cancel.
No Show
Renter will be liable for the full amount due for the entire reserved rental period, unless properly cancelled, in advance, as cited above.
Designated Slips
T2, T3, T4, T5, & T7 (see Marina Float Plan posted to PH bulletin board).
Unauthorized Tie -Up
Daily Rental Rate plus $100 fine per night.
Water and Electric
As available, with no charge, renter must have proper power cables.
Insurance
