Rules: The skippers must never have raced a star before!!! Owners, find a skipper for your boat. Interested skippers, find an owner, or contact Sergey Leonidov to find a boat. All other US Sailing rules apply.

Wind Conditions: N-NW, 10 to 18 knots, very gusty and very shifty
