It is once again time for us to compete in a regatta while helping the less fortunate! The officers and members of Cottage Park Yacht Club in Winthrop, MA, are proud to host the 18th Annual Regatta to Benefit the Massachusetts Chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation on August 4th & August 5st, 2012. The Make-A-Wish Foundation has been granting wishes to children ages 2 ½ years through 18 years old since 1980. These special children have life threatening illnesses and it is our goal to put the dream of a Make-A-Wish child across the finish line in first place with this event.

Parking

The club parking lot will be restricted to boats only beginning Friday afternoon and continuing through Sunday afternoon.  After dropping your boat off in the parking lot you will be able to find parking on the streets surrounding the club.  For everyone's safety and for the consideration of our neighbors please respect all posted parking regulations.   The Town of Winthrop has an ordnance prohibiting non resident parking between 1 AM and 5 AM.  If you plan to leave a car overnight on the street please one of the regatta organizers.
